On the 15th of June 2012 the author Gillian Perdue visited our school.
She visited our school because we had been reading her book Adam's Starling in our classroom.
She told us about her inspiration for the book which was fear.
We all talked about our fear's such as the Boogie man and the closet monster.
She then told us about her other stories such as Conor's cowboy's suit which was based on her little brother Conor and another of her books called salvage girl which took 4 years to write but she was unable to publish it.We were then all made to do some drama, we acted out
